All cows are essentially grass-fed in the beginning. Conventional/industrial beef is then moved to a feedlot where they are "finished" on grain and all sorts of other stuff sometimes. Grass-finished means that when the cattle are finished, the last couple of months before it is ready to harvest, it eats only grass.  The beef we sell never eats grain and even in those months when it is finishing, that is eating a lot and gaining a lot of weight, the grass is the only thing they eat, and they eat it off a pasture.

Is your meat grass-fed or grass-finished?

We currently work with family farms in California, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Missouri, Washington, Oregon, and New York State. We also sometimes source from small family farms in New Zealand. We want to be specific about each farm in terms of certifications etc and all that info we publish on our site so that our customers can know as much as possible about the meat they are buying.

Where are your farms located?

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ship nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders will arrive in 1-3 days, with rare exceptions.

What is your shipping policy?

Since the products we sell are perishable and cannot be restocked or sold again, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your delivery, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the meal ingredients. Our policy covers damaged, defrosted, or missing items caused by the carrier. Our policy does not apply to late delivery due to an inaccurate address or inadequate address provided.
